Serratus Anterior Progressions: The Upright Body Builder

Our very own Physiotherapist – Educator Mark Davis is demonstrating on the shorter video how to do the “Body Builder” for Serratus but this time standing up! It’s actually been a long-time favourite of mine if you need a quick wake up for an inhibited or sleepy Serratus.
