PEC MAJOR PULSE-PNF TECHNIQUE

Here is a video I took from Rehab Trainer Essentials last year to demonstrate a very complex (yet oh so simple once you get the hang of it) Pec-Loosening Myofascial Release with our old friend the Posture Pro and Rehab Dowel. We call them “Pulse-PNF Techniques” – this one is brilliant for any athlete with shoulder pain because as I say in the video, pec dominance is a huge factor in most shoulder impingement syndromes.
